Grand father to the more well known L96A1, these were starting to show age and its users were keen to bank on the newer Arctic Warfare rifles developped by AI for the Swedish army.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span class=\"has-superb-addons-text-align-justify\">What came about was the L118A1 and a boat load of new accessories, the first being the scope mount. Photos of the latter being unfortunately scarce there&#8217;s not many reference images of it in use.
